The People Care Center is people helping people. It's all about helping those living with HIV/AIDS in Indian River County, Florida. Our mission is one with two goals: 1) To support people with HIV and AIDS. To encourage them to live a healthy and productive life, emphasizing those with children at home. 2) Educate the community abour HIV and AIDS. | |
