We saw a need

When the AIDS Support Group of Indian River County dissolved in 2002 it left a vacuum in our county.  There was no group to provide essential services for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS.  We felt strongly that people needed to step and fill this void.  The People Care Center was formed by two dedicated women from the former group along with four other women.  We are just some people who feel a need to help others.
